Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Maintain a good rapport with customers to provide the best possible service at all times.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints through our ticketing system, Zendesk.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues, product concerns or complaints and coordinate with appropriate staff to provide a solution.
- Identify errors and determine what corrective steps need to be taken to resolve.
- Document all interactions in ZenDesk according to company guidelines
- Fully remote work, amenable to night shift (Eastern / Pacific time)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1+ years of experience as a detail-oriented Customer Service professional with history of working quickly and efficiently
- Desire to build lasting customer relationships a must, using a "how can I help you?" attitude
- Commitment to adhere to established guidelines, policies and procedures
- Documentation certifying High school/GED completion, or degree from a regionally accredited college/university
- Previous EHR/ Healthcare experience is a plus!
