- Support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
- Back end web support.
- Responsible for creating graphic designs
- Support new computer set-up (e.g. software installations, etc.)
- Troubleshooting
- Complete tasks on computer using MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Interact effectively with team members on a daily basis.
- Share opinions and ask questions relevant to the work and/or his or her study program.
- Recognize problems which are beyond intern’s capabilities and learn from the experts in the area.
- Work assigned tasks to meet schedule and may coordinate details with other departments.
- Maintain good attendance and perform other related duties as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Current college or university student enrolled in an undergraduate program with a preferred concentration in Information Technology or a related field.
- Can work independently on assigned tasks with some supervisory oversight.
- Strong computer skills.
- Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure confidentiality of data.
- Preferably with own laptop
