Account Executive  

The Account Executive will be the main link between the company, Diversys Spectrum Products, Inc., and our valued customers. The Account Executive's main objective is to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients; responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execution of Sales and Marketing policies, plans and targets
• Prospecting of new potential customers, via referrals and traditional & non-traditional sources
• Identification, determination, and satisfaction of customer wants and needs
• Product development coordination, and customer sample presentation
• Solicitation, negotiation, and closing of sales
• Servicing of any after-sales concerns, including handling of customer complaints
• Controlling, collecting, and reconciling of account receivables
• Preparation of activity and sales reports, sales forecasting, and targetted action plans

• College graduate, Business / Chemistry / Engineering courses a plus
• Computer literate
• Effective oral & written communications skills
• With pleasing, outgoing personality
• Sales & Marketing field experience a must
• Knowledge of paints and coatings technology preferred, but not required
• With valid driver's license

Must be a resident of Metro Manila (e.g. Caloocan, Valenzuela, Quezon City, Pasay, Pasig, Mandaluyong, etc.) but will be reporting to our Sta. Rosa, Laguna plant twice a week.

Note: Salary indicated is NET of (does not yet include) sales incentives, which will be available to the Account Executive following the probationary period.
