  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports / statements
  • Does online filing, checking, and verifying like BIR, E-Gov (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF
  • Does monthly VAT, income tax filing and computation
  • Responsible for budgeting, developing internal accounting controls
  • Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to cash reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, working capital management, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
  • Conducts weekly checking of Cash Receipts, Disbursements and Billings to ensure accurate monthly reporting of financial statements
  • Cash management
  • Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
  • Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues. Analyzes Expenses.
  • Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
  • Produces financial reports for monthly management meetings.
  • Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
  • Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
  • Does costing of warehouse services
  • Supervises AR collection. Advises the credit & collection officer on the needed actions for 60 days overdue as well as needed collection target.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Must be willing to be assigned in Tibungco, Davao City
  • Must be an Accounting major graduate and a CPA
  • With 3-5 years experience as an Accounting or Finance Manager
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient in English communication both verbal and in writing
