Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Receive order booking from a client
  • Provide information to client inquiries
  • Assign and manage job reference for each booking
  • Ensure timely updates of shipment status
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and ensure positive rapport
  • Liaise with operations and sales department in carrying out customer requirements
  • Monitor and ensure that there are no delays in fulfilling the requirements of the customers
  • Provide sound recommendations on how to resolve issues affecting operations
  • Perform client visits to discuss KPI and matters related to customer service
  • Maintain broker contract for both outbound and inbound brokerage opportunities
  • Prepare customs documentation and ensure that all shipments meet applicable laws to facilitate the import and export goods
  • Track duties, taxes payable, and process payments on behalf of clients
  • Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods
  • Coordinate with cargo forwarders for destination services
  • Prepare papers for shippers to appeal duty charges

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • With proven work experience from a logistics company, brokerage, freight forwarding
  • Experience in checking of arrival status and checking the accuracy of documents
  • Coordinate status of shipments to processor and consignee
  • Update shipment status daily in logbook or excel
  • With a good operational understanding of logistics and transport processes
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management or Logistic Transportation experience
