Page Management

• Works closely with the Content Development team and the Business Development team to continuously improve the brand’s social media profiles

Content Scheduling

• Works closely with the Content Development team to produce exemplary content that closely adheres to the brand’s personality.
• Scheduling topics and moments relevant to the brand.
• Completes the Content Plan that gathers the content for posting in the brand’s online properties.

Community Engagement

• Engages the community within all of the brand’s social media channels by answering queries, comments, and direct messages.
• Updates the brand's page with the Content Development team that addresses common concerns with regards to the client.

Page Monitoring

• Works closely with the Insights and Analytics team to assess overall social brand health.
• Reports and monitors the trends within the brands’ communities.
• Analyses the sentiments of the fans within the page regarding the brand and makes suggestions on improving content.

Event Coverage

• Works with the Content Management team in updating the brand’s social media channels in real-time during a campaign event.

Campaign Development

• Works closely with the Strategy team to develop and monitor social media promotions that can engage the community.
• Manages the day-to-day campaign operations, ensuring it reaches KPI.
• Gathers, organises, and approves user-generated content and submissions.
