Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensure to handle the accurate and timely counsel to Management Team in a variety of Legal Topics such as Labor Law Practices, Contracts (Employment, Suppliers, Clients etc)
- Represent the company in case of civil, criminal, and labor cases, including entry of appearance, signing and filing of pleadings, appearance in court hearings until the cases are decided by the appropriate authority.
- Represent the company before all government agencies and other private organizations concerning legal actions
- Must assist the HR Manager on Labor related concerns
- In charged of the overall management of the Company’s Intellectual Property Registration
- Can provide legal advice such as Corporate and Commercial Law
- Must be able to represent the Company in legal proceedings (ie. Court Trials and Administrative boards, etc)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional Licensure Examination), Law or its equivalent;
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required specializing in Law/ Legal Services/ Practices or equivalent;
- In depth knowledge in Corporate Contracts, Excellent communication skills and high degree of integrity and professional ethics;
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
