Rental Sales Monitoring
- Responsible for the preparation and updating of reports.
- Maintains a physical and electronic file on all business transactions and correspondences related to Orders and Logis Contract monitoring.
- Prepare management reports and other reports as may be required from time to time.
- Assist in preparation of quotation to customers.
- Preparation of Billing/Invoices.
- Attend to customer requirements, complaints and reconcile accounts.
Equipment
- Responsible for the proper monitoring of all rental equipment as to its status, condition and location.
- Responsible for the efficient mobilization and demobilization of rented equipment.
- Must secure that safety standards are attached to the equipment before mobilization and all are properly accounted upon demobilization from the project.
- Reviews operations transactions and ensures that the company’s assets are properly safeguarded and completely accounted for.
- Coordinate with the maintenance group the inspection of the equipment. Updating of records in the computer department files.
Drivers/Operators
- Must conduct a regular audit on all equipment Drivers/Operators to make sure that company guidelines (i.e. Cleanliness, Safety) and policies are followed and to coordinate with rental coordinators, HR and training group in the evaluation of their technical skills and job behavior.
- Strictly implement and monitor all Drivers/Operators compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and as well as Customer’s on-site rules.
Maintenance of Files and Reports
- Responsible for the proper monitoring of all equipment as to its status, location, and condition.
- Responsible for the updating of all records related to the duties and responsibilities stated.
Communication & Coordination with Customer and Other Support Group
- Responsible for communicating regularly with on-site customers and head office.
Billing
- Responsible for the submission of monthly rental billing to the finance department (both internal and external).
- Responsible for the updating of records in the computer department files related to the duties and responsibilities as stated.
