Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Purchase or contract for supplies, services and equipment required by any department in accordance with Purchasing Procedures prescribed in the MOP.
- Ensures the efficient supply of supplies, spare parts and other purchase requirements of the company.
- Responsible for sourcing out potential suppliers with proper review and evaluation of the supplier’s qualifications prior to accreditation.
- Recommends Canvassed Items to be purchased for submission to the Comptroller / VP based on cost and quality of requirements.
- Carries out final review of quotations and price differences of various suppliers.
- Responsible for reviewing the movement of purchased items and establishing stock levels of inventories.
- Prepares management reports for proper review and analysis of purchases
- Prepare revision and amendments to purchasing rules and recommend the same to the Vice President.
- Responsible in ensuring that all staff/ supervisors exercise good judgment and honesty in dealing with various clients and suppliers
- Administers shipments of inter-branch transfer of chassis/ trailers.
- Prepares Sources of Parts based on BOM submitted by branches.
- Responsible for review of quotation and prices differences of various supplier
- Responsible for the monitoring of all Purchase Request (PR) from various department
- Responsible for the Purchase Request for stock replenishment
- Responsible in accomplishing canvass sheet (with lowest price) where to buy request materials.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4-year business related course
- With at least 5 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics and customs transactions
- With strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
- Very good negotiation, persuasion, and decision-making skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
