HR Generalist | Vismin  

Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing various HR-related duties. The HR Generalist is in charge of the day-to-day management of HR operations, which means managing the administration of the policies, procedures and programmes of the organization.

• Works with the Department Heads in identifying the need for replacement
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure
• Monitors and communicates Performance evaluation results to the Immediate Head
• Responsible for the proper, accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
• Distribute Payroll Payslip to all employees
• Counter checks pre-employment requirements
• Reviews the website of DOLE on a bi-/monthly basis to make sure the company is aware of any changes
• Implements and monitors the employee training timetable of new recruits.
• Attends to employee concerns and grievances in a respectful and humane manner
• Maintains a professional file of announcements made and all HRM memorandums/policies

• Graduate of BS Psychology or any Business related course
• With at least 3 years HR related experience
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven and has an eagerness to learn
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy, knowledgeable in google applications
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
