Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- As a member of the Accreditation Committee, checks/verifies if the client has an existing record
- Consistently monitors the credit performance of Accredited Clients
- Verifies and checks the credit viability of a clien
- Ensures the timely submission of accurate invoices to Clients
- Analyzes and recommends viable options to the problems that come up with the Client billings such as rate discrepancies, over-billing, wrong charging, slashed amount
- Recommends a cap for Accounts Receivables in compliance with company policy
- Immediately notifies the Sales Department in writing when a Client payment is delayed or the check bounces
- Consolidates, validates and analyzes the collection reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Accounting or any related four (4) year course.
- At least two (3-4) years work related experience.
- With strong initiative and discipline.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel.
- With proficiency in google apps.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
