Establishes a list of prospective clients and prioritizes market research based on the criteria set or as per management’s direction.
Promotes Delbros Group services to prospective clients. He/she must prepare complete, succinct and accurate Minutes of Meeting
Develops sales and marketing strategies in close collaboration with the BD Director and Sales Managers.
Develops plans to target new customers
Monitors client accounts proactively and coordinates with the said clients on any new development relative to pricing
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions.
Address technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
Mentors team members.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;

Trình độ tối thiểu

With at least 3 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer service
Graduate of any business-related course
Willing to travel
Resourceful, innovative, persuasive and excellent in building a client network
With good communication and presentation skills
