School Administrative Manager  

The Operations Manager (OpM) manages and operates the operations in Mobile, In Center in compliance with the policies and procedures.

• Provides inspired leadership for the organization by executing performance development.
• Leads in continuous improvement initiatives enhancing the established policies and procedures
• Assess areas opportunities and recommend strategic plans to the Founding Director
• Overseeing the operations of the mobile classes - logistics, scheduling, purchasing and equipment handling
• Supervises and coordinates the training of qualified personnel to ensure ongoing employee competency. Evaluates and maintains appropriate staffing levels within the region.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
• Organized, dependable and quality oriented
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Has the ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire for ongoing professional development.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good presentation skills;

• Must be willing to travel to Makati/ Taguig Cities
