Building and Facilities Supervisor

He/She is responsible for supporting the F/O Space Manager in achieving the global quality standards for the company buildings and facilities. He does this by implementing the cleaning schedules of the Facilities team; implementing the repair schedules; implementing the renovation schedules, waste reduction improvements, and implementing the guidelines for the upkeep of equipment/supplies and safety inspections.

• Periodically conducts maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair/renovation needs of the building and facilities.
• Identifies maintenance issues such as clogged drains, leaky ceilings, and pipes, faulty electrical switches, busted lights, dilapidated floorings, cracked walls, damaged furniture, and fixtures, etc. and immediately reports to the COO.
• Determines the necessary installation or repair service, as well as the corresponding cost/budget.
• Creates project layouts (if needed) based on specs and design discussed by the COO.
• Coordinates with the purchasing department in sourcing out possible suppliers for the material requirements, canvass, orders, and facilities procurement of various materials/requirements for the project.
• Sources out project based workers monitor their attendance and the progress of their projects against target completion dates, and issues workers’ salary based on their daily attendance or pakyaw rate.
• Monitors and implements project schedule/timeline as set by the COO, submits regular reports and files maintenance records.
• Prepares punch lists and conducts a quality inspection of projects prior to turnover and acceptance.
• Coordinates with UPS and CBW Offices for safety, cleanliness, security, and maintenance concerns as relayed by the Building Officer/Manager of UPS and relays the concerns to the COO immediately. In the absence of the COO, he reports these concerns to the Admin Manager and/or the CHRO.
• Develops and implements maintenance, safety and cost-saving policies and procedures in close collaboration with the Quality Enhancement Group.

• With at least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and customer service.
• Graduate of any business-related course.
• Willing to travel.
