• Researches for a better product to use in the farm
• Will oversee the new project of the company, the vertical farm
• athers data and statistics on agribusiness related subject matter from published studies on the different websites.
• Proactively visits universities which offer Agricultural studies to do research.
• Proactively visits the Department of Agriculture to access statistics and data that may be helpful to the vertical farm of GGC.
• Diligently monitors the websites of government agencies related to agriculture/ food production and keeps the company informed on the latest government regulations/laws/policies that must be complied with.
• Monitors the company’s compliance with all government regulations/laws/policies and reports this on a quarterly basis to the direct supervisor.
• Helps the company in identifying cause of possible challenges that may be faced or solving the problem before it even occurs.

Involved in an organized and systematic investigation into agricultural practices in the Philippines. He/she gathers and synthesizes data/material focused on food crops that grow best in the Philippines; basic food crops which are most in demand; best practice in farming in our context, etc. He/she is resourceful and looks for ways to access the research material used by the Department of Agriculture so that GGC can build off best practice.

• A graduate of Agricultural Engineering or any related course, preferably a board passer
• Preferably with one (1) year relevant experience in the agriculture/food production industry
• Enjoys the challenge of research and development in agriculture and food production.
• Flexible and willing to do field work all around the Philippines
• Knowledgeable and comfortable with Google Applications
• Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
