- Menjawab pertanyaan/permintaan pelanggan baik melalui telepon, email, tatap muka, ataupun media social (Facebook, Instagram)
- Menghubungi pelanggan bila terdapat masalah pada pesanannya
- Menyelidiki, menghubungi pihak terkait, dan menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan yang masuk.
- Memberikan informasi tentang layanan dan prosedur
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Lulus SMU atau sederajat
- Mampu mengoperasikan computer, terutama Email dan internet
- Memiliki sopan santun yang baik dalam menjawab telepon dan percakapan lisan.
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dalam memberikan jawaban tertulis.
- Pantang menyerah dan siap menghadapi tekanan, terutama keluhan pelanggan.
