What You Do
Campaign Executive will support the Strategic Alliance & Campaign team within Marketing Department. The person is responsible to conceptualize, develop and execute campaigns. You will work closely with various departments within Dekoruma to create meaningful value propositions for our customers. At Dekoruma you are offered with ample of opportunities to wear many different hats, to be entrepreneurial and to run key marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

1. Build & nurture a relationship with our strategic partners with Banks, Property Developers, Hotels, Medias, and Telcos, and other businesses.
2. Conceptualize, develop and monitor campaigns
3. Understand the partner's business needs & advocate for Dekoruma's business interests
4. Conduct market research to understand customer's needs
5. Manage stakeholders, resources, risks and deliverables
6. Review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance post-campaign
7. Proactively create a good working relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally

1. Business Administration/Finance/Hospitality from top-notch universities
2. Good knowledge and good passion in E-commerce/ retail industry
3. Have strong interpersonal and communication skill
4. Highly meticulous and good at coordination
5. Good project management skill
6. Exceptional quantitative skill (analytical & critical thinking)
7. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for company core values at all time
