Your challenges:
You will be in charge of setting up and use our customer service tools and processes in line with our "omni-channel" strategy. You will answer our customer's inquiries and make sure our customers can also talk directly to our Sports Leaders for a seamless experience. On top of your Customer Service responsibilities, you will contribute to our store in the department of your favorite sport. Are you ready to make our customers happy?
Your responsibilities:
- Receive and answer the different inquiries of our customers through our different contact channels (email, facebook messenger, phone).
- Liaise with store team members to include our sports leaders in the online customer service and ensure brand consistency and great seamless user experience.
- Being part of the e-commerce team, helping to prepare and ship orders to our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with innovations and generate new ideas to bring the best user experience and customer service.
- In-store responsibility in the department of your favorite sport (experiencing with our users and products in store).
You will work in our first store to be opened first semester 2017 in Alabang. Some other stores around Metro Manila will open soon.

- You must practice a sport on a regular basis.
- Excellent writing skills in English and in Filipino.
- Good communication skills
- Hands on a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
- Computer literate.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
