- Manage, supervise and provide technical advice.
- Provides access to company websites and related email accounts (G Suite, Wordpress).
- Purchase electronic equipment or licensed software and prepare budgetary justifications.
- Follow industry’s standards and best practices.
- Document plans, requests, activities and specifications and report on them.
- Performs regular review or assessment of the hardware and devices frequently used by various departments (laptops, internet connection).
- Manage Network Diagram, Network Infrastructure and Data Center.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
- Advance knowledge in Computer operating system, hardware and software.
- At least 1 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite.
- Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, ITIL and other certification is a plus but not required.
- Project management skill is a plus.
