Junior Finance Associate  

We are looking for a Finance Associate to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll.

• Responsible for teh operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not liited to, cash receipts disbursements, purchasing, inventory, assets, and payroll.
• Maintain understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial report closing.
• Ensures the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Assist the CFO/Accounting Head in the daily banking requirements.
• Ensures the accurate and timely processing of pay transactions.
• Ensures compliance with monthly, quarterly and yearly BIR requirements.
• Supports the accounting head and CFO with budget and forecast activities.
• Supports te accounting head and CFO with special projects and workflow improvements.
• Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate superior form time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field required.
• Preferably experienced employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Has experience in either Food and Beverages Industry or Healthcare Industry.
