Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Execute sales and marketing agendas, instructions, activities, objectives into all stores and branches of the Client/s.
- Visits/Inspects all store/branch displays and inventories for consistency and image alignment.
- Manage/Evaluate Promodiser proficiency, effectiveness, and performance.
- Meet penetration standards for all Brands, SKUs, and Categories.
- Attend to all Clients’ feedback and after-sales con that impedes progress and growth.
- Responsible for all sales related communications, documents, schedules, deadlines and reports of the Client.
- Reports and updates Managers weekly and monthly on Sales Objective Progress.
- Monitors the ordering process are done accurately and timely, including payments.
- Handle/prepare all materials and information required by the Team to meet objectives.
- Responds to complaints from Customers and give after-sales support promptly.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication and confidence
