Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Do all respiratory Therapist procedure and protocols.
- Conduct and monitor prescribed therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain artificial and natural airways.
- Performs pulmonary function testing, hemodynamic and other physiologic monitoring.
- Documents information to a patient’s medical record/maintaining accurate and complete records.
- Communicates assessments and updates with members of the healthcare team.
- Assemble, maintain, and calibrates respiratory therapy equipment.
- Identifies and remedying respiratory care equipment malfunctions.
- Communicates with patients and patient families.
- Educates patients on disease prevention and lung health; the use of inhalers and inhalation devices.
- Perform testing to assist in diagnosis, treatment, and research.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree in BS Respiratory Therapy;
- Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT);
- With updated training in ACLS, BLS, VR, Broncho;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
