1. Actively participate and help manage in the ongoing projects and assure timely delivery of project outputs such as summaries and reports according to project schedule.
2. Provide assistance with project management of selected projects, including monitoring of quality assurance, financial reporting, time frames and asset management components.
3. Attend kick-off meeting at site for endorsement of operations team.
4. Assists in the preparation of Project Execution Plan
5. Helps the Project-In-Charge in cost estimation of the construction project and to pick appropriate materials for all parts of the structure.
6. Provide technical support to the Project Manager and guidance to site staff in shop drawings, and calculations to client for approval.
7. Responsible in monitoring and submission of transmittal for material sample including technical data to client for approval.
8. Participate in improvements to team in efficiency, effectiveness and quality assurance.
