- Will serve as part of D&V HR Team
- Source and screen candidates for the company's Man Power Requirement.
- Contact and schedule potential candidates.
- Preside initial interview of applicants.
- Endorse potential talents to Managers.
- Coordinate hiring efforts to Managers.
- Conduct offer of employment to shortlisted candidates.
- Orient new joiners on their first day.
- Other tasks may be assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Psychology/Human Resources or any related fields.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in recruitment is required for this position.
- Must be able to handle end-to-end process of recruitment.
- Experience in using job posting (talent sourcing) platforms; Kalibrr
- Knowledge in other HR facets is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Ayala Ave., Makati City
