Accounting Associate  

• Closing the client's books of account including providing input for established set of Key Performance Indicators.
• Prepare and analyze the client's annual financial statements, monthly management information pack, cashflow and forecasts.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of delivery of the client's financial reporting requirements, for both internal and external requirements.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis to support the client's management team.
• Assists in other technical projects as directed.
• Works with client's personnel in providing the services necessary to meet client's needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in handling client's problems.
• Participates in proper planning and scheduling of work assignments.
• Demonstrate potential leadership, sounds business judgement and administrative capability.
• Completes work assignment within the time considered reasonable for a particular task.
• Keeps the person in charge fully informed of progress on assignments, etc.
• Conforms to the company's administrative policies and requirements, and those of client as applicable.
• Has a well- developed set goals and plans for attainment.
• Plans and organizes activities to make use of time.

• A CPA
• Has at least one year work experience in the field of Accounting
• Audit experience in Big Four accounting firm and knowledge on Accounting Software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a highly automated environment, with strict monthly reporting deadlines
• Willing to work in Ayala Ave., Makati
