Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements, and statements;
- Perform accounting and clerical functions;
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems;
- Compile and sort invoices and checks;
- Issue checks for accounts payable;
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system;
- Record charges and refunds;
- Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records;
- File and tally deposits;
- Work with adding machines, calculators, databases and bank accounts;
- Process bills for payment;
- Contact business partner with delinquent accounts;
- Ensure customers accept payments or refunds;
- In-charge of filing various documents such as permits and licenses, VAT returns;
- Performs related work as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Education - minimum educational requirement and/or specific course requirement for the position
- A graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a 4-year Business course.
- Training and experience - training and seminars, short courses required to perform the job
- with relevant experience handling accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivables (A/R) disbursement, credit, and collection
- knowledgeable in office management systems
- knowledgeable in computer applications
- familiar with on-line transactions in BIR
- familiar with withholding tax computation, for suppliers and vendors
