A Cyberbacker acts as administrative support to our clients in a remote setting. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Transcription
• Preparing paperwork
• Scheduling of consultation with clients
• Preparing and emailing weekly reports
• Updating virtual files
• Build ongoing task list
• Oversee administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications

• Good command of the English language
• Has good work ethics
• Typing speed at least 60 wpm
• Must be a good team player
• Able to work in flexible hours

• 1 Ghz or above; Intel ® Core or AMD equivalent or highly required i3/ i5/ i7

RAM:

• 8GB of Ram with 60GB hard disk space available

Internet connectivity:

• 10 Mbps and up wired Internet Connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)

• Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high definition web camera
