Career Backer  

A Career Backer acts as a point person in providing operational and administrative assistance to various recruitment processes that may include but are not limited to the following:

• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
• Attracts applicant by posting approved job advertisements
• Builds and updates the applicant database
• Evaluates the requirements submitted
• Communicates additional information needed from applicants and results through email/text message
• Arranges interview schedule
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Onboarding/Offboarding

• Preferably with working experience in recruitment or equivalent
• Demonstrates good interviewing skills
• Must have good English communication skills
• Able to work in flexible schedules
• Must possess good work ethics
• Knowledge in Google Spreadsheet is a plus

Technology:

• Computer processor: 1 GHz or above; Intel® Core or AMD equivalent is highly required
• RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with 60GB hard disk space available
• Internet connectivity: 5 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
• Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high definition web camera
