- Provides support to Design Department by preparing routine lay-outs, detail drawings; sketches ad diagrams. Includes details of all views and dimensions necessary for Design Projects.
- Creates and revise/update floor plans and other drawings needed.
- Drafts detailed multi-view of perspective angles.
- Responsible for maintaining an organized file for all floor plans and drawings for all branches.
- Makes final lay-out of proposed drawing
- Checks and indicates dimensions needed for various to whole structure or project.
- Provides dimensions/specification of materials to be used.
- Performs other tasks from time to time,
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of a 2 year course
- With one to three years related experience and/or training
- With advance knowledge in Cad software
- High skill level in Cad software, AutoCAD version 2000 or higher
- Skilled in PC Usage and associated
