- To ensure that the audit staff complies with all company and industry guidelines
- Delegates and monitors activities of audit personal
- Supervise and review the performance of general compliance and financial audits
- Supervise and review the performance of regular and special audit
- Supervise and review the performance of monthly summary report on noted non-conformances, observations and communicates those to Audit Manager
- Provides non-conformance reports to HR and IE department
- Validates audit findings and recommendations submitted by Junior Auditors
- Reports audit findings and recommendation to Audit Manager
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
