Sales Specialist  

As a Sales Specialist, you will be dealing with day-to-day sales chores. You will be trained to handle both foreign and domestic clients. You are expected to be efficient, excel and be a ‘closer’ at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio of accounts
• Attend to inquiries from both local and international clients via chat, phone, Skype, e-mail and personal interaction.
• Assist clients with the entire sales process (design, documentation, ordering, updating, after sales, etc.)
• Visit client offices for meetings and product presentations
• Generate new business by conducting cold sales pitch through online, phone and visitation
• Driving online traffic with web-related campaigns

Other Details

• You will be required to work regular office hours (8:30AM – 5:30 PM, Mondays to Fridays) but be prepared to put in extra hours when necessary.
• Take part in some out-of-office activities such as client presentations, trade fairs, and exhibitions, company sponsored events, team building, and networking.
• Participate in sales workshops/ seminars

• Punctual
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
• Confident and excellent communication skills
• Excellent sales & negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Keynote)
• Has at least basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
