Executive Assistant to the CEO  

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be working closely with the CEO in building the Customthread Group and its Strategic Business Units. You will be treated as a Management Trainee where you will deal with various departments, local and foreign partners, investors, and patrons.

You will be measured with performance output, contribution, and efficiency. This is not an eight to five job. You will be entitled for flexitime arrangement but may be required to work late and on weekends.

Your initial role will involve four important roles- Organization, Coordination, Documentation, and Implementation.

Organization:

• Manage complex schedule of the CEO such as:
  • Meetings
  • Conference calls
  • Travel
  • Personal activities
• Prepare, organize, and prioritize company and personal related tasks of the CEO.

Coordination:

• Assist in delegating tasks and/or projects.
• Handle key accounts and clients.
• Attend meetings and events on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate with high profile clients, partners, and Board of Directors.
• Do errands if necessary.

Documentation:

• Ensure KPIs per team are collected.
• Provide KPIs analysis / summary.
• Jot down / take note of minutes of the meetings.
• Collate and file internal reports.

Implementation:

• Execute key projects.

• Advanced or expert proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Mandarin / Spanish commuinication skills is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, presentation, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Solution-focused, critical thinker, sociable, and self-motivated.
• Highly confident.
• Possitive outlook in life.
• Background in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
• Willing to travel outside Manila and/or the Philippines.
• Willing to work in Don Antonio, Quezon City.
