We are partnered with a client who is a global leader in health business and services. They are currently looking for Assistant Managers who can provide expertise and customer service support to the team.
The role will be based in Cebu City for a direct and full-time employment.
Primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinate, supervise, and account for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of team members.
- Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level, and AHT.
- Coordinate work activities with other Supervisors, Managers, departments, etc.
- Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for team members.
- Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- At least 3 years work experience in the BPO (voice) environment.
- At least 2 years work experience as a Team Manager or Team Supervisor.
