- Liaise with prospects - converting prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Ensure Site supervision and manage project to completion.
- Meet monthly sales target.
- Exhibit flair for creativity and an eye for fine details.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledgeable in both Sketch up and AutoCad is an advantage.
- Proven track record and broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
- Fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in design concept, perspective drawings, and space planning.
- Social media skills is a plus.
- Strong space planning skills.
- Ability to sell ideas, products, and services.
- Ability to make home calls to customers to provide a complete design solution.
- Demonstrate use of technology to drive your business.
- Willing to work holidays, evenings, and weekends if needed by the client.
