Workforce Analyst  

• Provide daily / weekly / monthly operations performance reports against targets in a timely manner with data integrity
• Automate manual reports in the company to improve efficiency in providing data for timely analysis and performance improvement
• Create KPI reporting dashboards for ease of management decision making and strategy evaluation
• Work with the management team to define reporting and data requirements based on each report or measurement type
• Work with the management team to generate and maintain team and associate scorecards based on specified intervals to measure productivity and quality performance
• Work with the operations teams to ensure compliance to data requirements for reporting accuracy and integrity
• Perform analysis and be able to provide sound recommendations for the benefit of increased productivity and quality of operations performance
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting or data capture processes and performance
• Take on additional projects as assigned by the manager / management team

• Must be proficient in various computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access and SQL
• Ability to understand and analyze complex processes quickly and accurately

Education & Work Background

• Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or similar educational fields
• With experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in the BPO industry is a plus
• Preferably with 2 years’ experience in generating reports and automation

Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
