Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Formalizes processes and functions of the Finance, Accounting and Collections Team
- Provides coaching and mentoring to the department’s team members
- Monitors and manages internal department performance via strict compliance and completion of Finance processes, key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitors the Finance Department’s compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s requirements, guidelines, and deadlines
- Coordinates with the institution’s partner law firm, account and auditor regardingfinalization and furnishing of the institution’s financial report and statements
- Creates and details the organizational financial reports in relation to the following entities: CIIT College of Arts and Technology, CIIT Senior High School, CIIT Trading, Dagondon-O Ventures (DOV)
- Analyzes the use of corporate funds and recommends proper allocation of funding and resources
- Develops long-term business plans and identifies strategies that help minimize financial risk
- Ensures zero backlog on all revenue and expense transactions at the end of every month
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 - 8 years of immersive experience in the different facets of Accounting and Finance such as but not limited to payables, receivables, disbursements, collections and financial analysis
- Extensive understanding of financial trends in the industry and in the general market
- Background in team management, coaching and mentoring
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
- Proven competency and proficiency with the use of Accounting Software is an advantage for this role
- Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
