Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Drafts business correspondence (memos, letters) for General Manager's approval
- Encode project price quotations, proposals and bidding documents as well
- Answer client phone calls and coordinate with departments concerned
- Prepares accreditation documents for submission to clients
- Prepares Sales and inventory reports
- Provides administrative and clerical services in order ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Assist the Sales Department in telemarketing for project opportunities
- Maintain office files.
- Assist the Sales Deparment in entertaining walk-in clients at the showroom
- Any responsibilities/ duties may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Executive Assistant or Client Service Representative in the related field is required for this position.
- With good communication skills both oral and written
- Keen to details and high level of accuracy.
- Computer literate.
