- Ensures all client requests are met in a timely manner & proper coordination with interfacing department.
- Analyzes industry trends and proactively sourced out prices from competitors, vendors and agent for benchmarking the Company's standard selling rates for agents, trucking, shipping and air rates.
- Promotes benchmarked customer service skills to assure stakeholders satisfaction, and sustain high quantity of stakeholders.
- Attends to general inquiries from foreign counterparts, phoned-in clients, and personal inquiries (e.g. freight indication, vessel arrival, registry number and the docking harbor of the vessel/ warehouse location) and coordinates the same with relevant sales and operations personnel.
- Perform other job-related activities and duties as may be requested and assigned by the Sales Manager and Projects Director.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Marketing, Behavioral Science, Customs Administration, Export Management.
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience in the same capacity
- Knowledgeable in Import/Export process, exposed in Logistic chain solution, Inco-terms
- Has command responsibility, excellent leadership skills.
- Experience in booking, processing booking shipment sending billing, job cost preparation. Knowledge of negotiating, complaint handling and change management.
- Knowledge of incoterms, billing requirements, and import/export process and regulations.
- Ability to interpret and advice on the application of custom requirements.
