Executive Assistant | For VIP Guest (Korean / Mandarin / Nihonggo Conversant)  

The primary duty is to offer prompt and efficient service to VIP guests at the VIP section. The Tiger Resort Leisure & Entertainment. INC image should be reflected at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude exceeding guests' expectations. This requires a high level of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion in handling highly VIP guests and making sure that all their expectations are exceeded - in terms of F&B offerings, services of the hotel/casino, and other areas where we can make their stay more pleasurable.

We are looking for EA for our VIP Salon and this position will be Asst. Manager level for our Food & Beverage Service. We are looking for female candidates who are conversant in either Nihonggo, Mandarin or Korean. We are open to accept candidates who don’t have experience in F&B Service as we are willing to train them, as long as they are conversant in the language, presentable, possess a great personality and customer service skills.
