Key Account Manager | Corprate and B2B Sales | Mandaluyong City  

Sales Obejctives:

• Achieve monthly sales target of specific dealer(s) both in revenue and in units across alll product format and brands.

Account Development

• Review and analyze SO and market data to identify trends and recommend interventions to address gaps and seize opportunities in the assigned client.
• Coordinate, agree, drive, monitor, and evaluate programs that will influence decision making process of the client.
• Conduct regular business review with the client.
• Set directions and strategies in the client assigned to ensure that the company leads the growth of the business.

Execution:

• Ensure that all agreements with the client and sell out team are delivered on a monthly basis.
• Flawlessly execute in-store 5P.
• Lead and manage TPA sell out team in ensuring sell out happens per plan.
• Evaluate execution -- both TPA and in store, to ensure that the company standards are met.

Budget Management

• Recommend future activities to participate in, based on account strategy.

• College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or management course.
• At least 2 years of working experience Key Accounts/ Modern Trade and specializing in Corporate and B2B Sales.
• Computer proficient (MS Office applications).
• Supervisory/managerial skills.
• People handling skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and writtem communication skills, including creating business reports, and conducting business presentation.
