Global Product Coordinator | Industrial | Pasig  

• Responsible for product specification/maintenance;
• Manage day to day activities of the portfolio with internal customer base;
• Monitor competitive data/benchmark and provide competitive analysis information, specific to pricing and product;
• Interact with Engineering Design teams on new product development;
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on sourcing and re-sourcing of products;
• Supply product features to marketing for creation of marketing materials;
• Responsible for maintenance instruction coordination with data from engineering and providing the package to marketing;
• Apply pricing strategy to list prices;
• Assist Global Portfolio Manager with product profitability targets and analysis;
• Assist GPM with product optimization projects, focused on product to target from a performance and cost basis;
• Assist with product ROI analysis and recommendation on product line extension;
• Assist marketing with the development of product related training packages.

Accountabilities:

• Maintenance of product pricing and tracking of margins versus profitability targets;
• Creation of products, installation and maintenance instructions materials;
• Inventory health;
• Formalize and present reports for business decisions and share with the portfolio manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field required; High School diploma (or equivalent) with 7+ years industry-related experience considered in lieu of degree;
• 3+ years’ industry-related experience in sales, engineering, marketing or field service strongly preferred;
• Must be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite in a professional capacity;
• Experience navigating and interacting with internal business process systems (Oracle, Agile etc.) preferred;
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of market, distribution methods, and product applications preferred;
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of products, policies, and procedures preferred;
• Must have effective written, electronic and verbal communication skills.
