Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Updating and maintaining records of expenditures
- Sending out payments for company credit cards
- Responding to vendor invoices
- Ensuring that all payments are made & sent in accordance with company policy
- Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company
- Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid
- Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles
- Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
- Analysing financial records for accuracy
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS/BSBA in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management or equivalent;
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
- Can Handle Minimum Supervision;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
