Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conducts class enrichment sessions in all levels.
- Implementsthe activities related to the different guidance services such as testing, psychological research, consultation, placementand follow-up
- Coordinateswith testing center for the administration of annual guidance tests to all students and presents results to the faculty
- Plans and evaluates the guidance program in coordination with the homeroom teachers
- Coordinates with and provides the teacher necessary data for instructional improvement, research and evaluation activities
- Administers entrance test to new students
- Coordinates with Discipline Officer / Prefect of Discipline regarding profiling of students with discipline problems
- Acts as resource person during discipline board meetings
Trình độ tối thiểu
- With at least a Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related degree
- Preferably Board passer (Psychometrician and/or Guidance Counseling)
- Preferably with units of Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
