- Assess credit applications
- Recommend applications for approval and decline
- Submit credit applications
- Order and check valuations, credit files and credit assessment calculations
- Monitor service level agreements
- Process loans to meet contract deadlines
- Coordinate with the Sydney-based Credit team regarding issues/progress
- Check data encoded by pre-credit staff
- Input and update data in the systems
- Answer credit related enquiries
- Adhere to KPIs
- Perform ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by Management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Good Attention to detail;
- Excellent Analytical skills;
- Have knowledge-sharing mentality
- Preferably with an Australian mortgage background
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Preferably with understanding of post-settlement operational workflow preferred (e.g. Loan variations)
