Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Selling the BTO/ Custom Deals is the main focus
- Maintain the excisting clients with ensuring the services are delivered properly
- Establish and maintain a proactive communication with any internal / external teams, and providing relevant updates / status report when needed
- Provide oversight and dilligence for any location-level client feedback to management / direct report person
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has sales and account management experience with more than 2 years in B2B business (Coworking Space/ Office/ Retail / Real Estate knowledge / experience and Broker Experience is a plus)
- Good connections to Enterprise Companies, Mid Size start-up companies, and Government
- Good writtern, oral, and in-person communication skills (Indonesian & English)
- Eager to learn new things and working under preassure as well as highly flexible working hour
- Having a business mindset and ability to analyze the client needs
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented at all tasks
