Marketing Assistant  

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for identifying and assessing brand communication requirements based on approved objectives and strategies of the brand.

A Marketing Assistant is responsible for:

• Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses these against goals.
• Researches consumer markets, competitors’ activities, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Creates, plans and executes relevant, and impactful activities aligned with the brands total marketing communication strategies.
• Developing a thorough understanding of the brand – it’s persona, value proposition, products, and services
• Tracking down the customer experience through monitoring customer interaction through the different touch points of the journey – online, offline, app, store, social media, different devices etc.
• Contributing and providing an omnichannel customer journey approach to help the team strategize and measure results
• Analyzing customer encounters, identifying errors, inconsistences, and possible areas of improvement in order to create a positive customer experience – both online and offline
• Having an in-depth understanding of the brand’s customers – their needs, motivations, and emotions

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degreein Marketing, Communications or Advertising
• With experience in Social Media, E-Commerce and Digital Marketing
• Highly Creative, excellent analytical abilities and good presentation skills
• Experience in retail fashion is a plus
