Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Support Finance and Accounting Department in preparing/ analyzing financial reports
- Process all vouchers and ensure work according to the deadline
- Maintains an updated record of the general ledger for each supplier for proper monitoring of remaining payables
- Ensures timely issuance of withholding tax certificates to suppliers
- Keep track of issued checks to suppliers and posting of bank transactions
- Ensures timely accrual of expenses
- Prepares journal entries to record adjustments in financial reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BS Accounting graduate
- At least 6-months accounting work experience preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Industry
- Command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with accounting systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to compile facts and figures.
