Admin Support Specialist  

As an Admin Support , your role is to provide support and assistance in order for the company to remain organized and run efficiently.

• Building a database of active companies and roles on local Job Boards (Seek and TradeMe), specifically tracking down contact emails that are linked to the jobs where possible.
• Breaking database down by industry and location - moving through all industries by location and centers
• Will distribute emails to the contacts in the database, creates and collate responses.
• Will respond to user and client messages through the system (FAQs etc)
• Other administrative tasks that will be assigned

• Graduate of any college or university degree.
• Preferrably with at least 2 years of experience in insurance
• Good computer skills, especially in using MS office
• Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution.
• Team player and able to work well under pressure.
• Has excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Has an ability to show initiative and take responsibility.
• Resourceful with effective time management skills.
• Flexible attitude towards work and adaptable
• Can easily to adapt to both small and large updates to familiar processes.
