- Assist with new client set up and tax management
- Go through client information to check for completeness
- Assess client compliance with legislation & best business practice. Report findings to senior staff
- In conjunction with senior staff advise remedial action required to comply with legislation & best business practice
- Completion of client financial statements and taxation returns
- Preparation of:
- Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) returns
- Goods & Service Tax (GST) returns
- Resident Withholding Tax (RWT) returns
- Management reports
- Income tax forecasts & Provisional tax estimates
- business benchmarking reports
- ACC Advisory services for NZ staff to deliver to clients.
- Tax advice per tax advice policy and document such tax advice in the client file.
- Co-ordinate with other staff to complete assignments
- Xero processing
- Xtracta processing
- BankLink processing
- MYOB Accountants Office processing
- IRD risk management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- With a minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Experience working for a New Zealand accounting is an advantage
- With minimum experience using Xero accounting software
- Must be attentive to details and a fast learner.
- Can easily adapt to new processes and technologies
- Ability to work independently and can collaborate with a team
