Facebook Ads Manager  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing client metrics on a daily basis for optimization purposes

• Optimize and scale accounts through audience testing and budget optimization

• Look for a new set of audience segment to target for each account

• Create value-based, lookalike, and custom audience based on current data

• Create/Install/check pixel integration

• Setup catalogs from the website (Shopify/WooCommerce) to FB Ad account

• Setup ad accounts

• FB. Pinterest and IG account integration

• Contacting FB support for any troubleshooting concerns

• Ad creation and optimization based on defined KPIs

• Editing videos, images for ad purposes

• Determining and setting up the right type of funnel to be used in an ad account

• Updating ad creatives regularly

• Analyzing Shopify/WooCommerce data for optimization: top product, top location, top platform

Reporting

• Setting up reports and defining key metrics

• Updating manager on current live ads and what has been done in the ad account on a weekly basis

• Create sheets for tracking current live ads

• Create sheets to track campaign performance: campaign breakdown, monthly breakdown, platform delivery breakdown and location breakdown

• Review Shopify/WooCommerce, Klaviyo/Mailchimp data to be reported and create analysis and strategic plans for improvement. Training

• Daily scan of FB groups/forums for updates

Skills and Qualification

• Experienced with e-commerce, not just lead gen since they have different strategies

• Can develop a strategy and adapt when things are not working

• Can write ad copy that is not just a list of features of the product

• Can create ad creative that is graphic, or video-based (we have software available) – everything will be templated

• Can interpret metrics to determine if the ads are effective or not

• Is willing to learn new strategies to develop skills

• Knows how to split test ads, and test audiences

• Understands budget optimization

• Can troubleshoot pixel errors and ensure accurate pixel reporting – Facebook Pixel

• Keeps up to date on current strategy / what is working in the industry
